This Privacy Policy applies to users who create accounts, visitors to our website, and individuals whose personal data is submitted by our customers. This policy does not cover third-party services you connect to through our platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your User Data to train AI models without your express consent.
Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic), payment processors (Stripe), analytics, customer support, email delivery.
AI Model Providers: Your inputs to AI Features may be transmitted to third-party providers. We select providers whose terms prohibit use of your inputs for model training.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information to law enforcement where required by law.
Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or sale, your data may be transferred with notice.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA.
Rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Transfers from EEA/UK to the US are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you process personal data about your end users through our Services, you are the data controller and we are the data processor. Contact us for a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) if required by GDPR, CCPA, or TDPSA.
No Training on Your Data. Launch Sandbox does not use your User Data or Customer Data to train AI models without your express written consent.
TRAIGA Compliance. We maintain documentation of our AI systems, implement NIST AI Risk Management Framework practices, and prohibit use for biometric identification without consent or unlawful discrimination.
We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, vulnerability management, and employee security training. In the event of a breach, notification within 72 hours per TITEPA.
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect.
